ORDERING & SHIPPING
You may place an order
through our secure on-line shopping cart
or by phone (Toll Free: 1-800-854-5678 Local: 281-277-4440).
You
can also fax your orders
to us at 281-277-3848. If
ordering by e-mail or fax for the first time, be
sure to include your
name, shipping address, daytime telephone number, credit
card number,
expiration
date and name on the card.
We accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover, American Express, Paypal,
NetChecks , Money Orders, and Cashiers Checks. If you pay by
money order or cashiers check, your
order will be
shipped as soon as
we receive your payment. Packed orders must be paid for within two
weeks of the order placement or the items will be put back into stock
and a
15%
re-stocking fee will be charged.
To use PayPal e-checks, you must first set up a Premier
account with
PayPal (www.paypal.com). After you
have set up an account, simply place
your order with us. We will need your shipping address to
calculate shipping.
Once we have calculated shipping, we will email you your total via a PayPal
Money Request.
You will then need to go to PayPal and transfer the funds to
our PayPal account. Once we have received notice
from PayPal that the funds
have been received, we will release your order for
shipping.
Once you place an order, it is
complete. If you add to the order, it will
treated as a new order. Items cannot be deleted from an order once
it
is placed, unless it is for pick up. In that case, a 15% re-stocking
fee
will be assessed.

added when you use the on-line shopping
cart are estimates only! The final, correct shipping charges
will be reflected
on your invoice which will be included with your order.

tracking number.
